On joining our team, you will become part of an international Sales & Service Center for travel related services.

Our operations interact directly with leisure and business travelers, corporations, travel agencies and Air France-KLM establishments in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and the Baltics. Next to that we service Martinair Holland.

To meet customer needs, Cygnific serves customers primarily in the native language of the market by phone and email. Each operations department has its own working hours, some of which are open 7 days a week, 24 hours per day.  As such, employees in operational departments may be scheduled to work irregular hours, in shifts or with roster based schedules during normal or outside the normal working hours.

We require employees to be fluent in at least one of the following languages:  English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and/or Dutch. Cygnific's internal business language is English.

Behind the scenes, the operations are supported by various staff departments including General Management, Finance & Administration, ICT, General Affairs, Planning & Reporting, Training & Development, Business Development & Support and Human Resources.
